The Northeastern Oklahoma Council on Alcoholism (NOCA) is a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center in Northeastern Oklahoma. NOCA offers extensive Substance Abuse Treatment across all of Oklahoma to those in need. NOCA has been in existence since 1975, providing residential and outpatient services to chemically dependent individuals and their families.
NOCA emphasizes community action designed to increase the public understanding of poly-chemical abuse.
